Blue Moon Media Works is operated by Deborah Ellington, a resident of Hendersonville, North Carolina since 2005. Deborah has been designing web sites since 1996, and holds a BA in Journalism/Multimedia & Web Design from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
